Shipping & Returns
Please read our policies carefully. We want to ensure every customer is treated fairly, and as such we cannot make exceptions to these policies. We are happy to discuss any questions or concerns, so feel free to send us an email at email@example.com!
We have worked very hard to ensure these books are of the highest quality and we want you to be happy with your purchase. Should you find yourself less than satisfied with your order, shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 45 days of delivery and we’ll give you instructions for returning your book. To receive a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping), all items must be received back, still wrapped and unused. At our discretion, partial refunds will be issued for use or damage.
We cannot accept returns in person, they can be received by mail only.
Personalized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
For orders placed during the holiday season (November 1st-December 24th), we will accept returns until January 31st. After that point, all sales are final.
We are always happy to discuss your situation if you have any concerns, so please feel free to send us an email. Refunds issued may take up to 10 days to process. For orders that include personalization, please read the personalized product policy.
Was the color you received not quite to your liking? We are happy to exchange your still wrapped and unused book within 45 days of delivery for any other color of your choice! Please indicate the reason for the exchange in an email to email@example.com with your original order number and we’ll send you instructions on how to proceed.
Shipping charges for the original and exchanged books delivered to you will not be refunded. Please see our policy on Returns for qualifications for a full refund of the purchase price of the original order. For orders that include personalization, please read that personalized product policy.

PERSONALIZED PRODUCT POLICY
Personalized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges. In cases of damage during shipping or errors in the order, it is at our discretion to send out a new product or issue a refund. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we would be happy to assist you!
Please allow 5-7 additional business days for any personalized products to be shipped out. During peak times (holidays, new product launches, etc.), this time can increase due to volume. Thank you!
You’ve selected your color, you’ve paid for your book, you’re so excited….now what? Unless otherwise stated (ie: pending a pre-order fulfillment, or product personalization), please allow 1-2 business days for us to prepare your order for shipment. After your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Standard shipping takes anywhere from 2-8 business days and expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days. These timeframes do not include the time needed to prepare your order, only the time it can take to receive your book after it’s been given to the delivery company.
Accuracy regarding your shipping information is so important! If you realize there was an error, no worries! Just send us an email ASAP, and if your shipment hasn’t already gone out, we’ll quickly fix it and send it on its way! If your order is undeliverable and returned to us due to incorrect information, we will be happy to resend the order after we’ve received the item. This may incur additional shipping fees, and those would need to be paid before the book is re-shipped. We can also issue a refund for the order, minus the original shipping charges.
Because of the costs associated with shipping our books internationally, all international orders are final sale. Many countries collect customs/duties for international purchases, so please review your country's international customs policies as we not responsible for the payment of those duties and fees
